JEWELRY PRODUCTION PROCESS FLOW

We provide standardized production of high-end fashion jewelry for brass, sterling silver, stainless steel and other materials. Our full-link service covers 3D design, prototyping, metal casting, precision processing, surface treatment and finished packaging, supporting reliable, scalable and high-quality OEM/ODM customization.

013D Modeling & Design

We adopt professional jewelry design software such as JewelCAD and Rhino to build accurate models according to customer requirements and market trends. We strictly control dimensions, radian, hollow structure, inlay position and accessories structure to avoid production defects. After customer confirmation, finalized files will be exported for production.

023D Wax Printing Prototyping

High-precision 3D wax printing perfectly restores design details, textures, hollow shapes and radian. After cleaning and strict quality inspection, qualified original wax molds are selected as standard prototypes for mass production.

03 Wax Injection Mass Production

Silicone molds are made from qualified original wax molds. Uniform wax molds are mass-produced by professional wax injection machines. All wax molds are inspected manually and assembled into wax trees to ensure consistent size and high production efficiency.

04Vacuum Casting

Wax trees are fixed and covered with plaster. High-temperature baking removes wax to form hollow molds. Metals including brass, silver and stainless steel are melted and vacuum-casted. After cooling and shelling, complete rough metal blanks are obtained.

05Rough Trimming & Grinding

Separate jewelry blanks from casting gates. Machine grinding removes burrs and uneven marks and corrects minor deformation. Dead corners such as hollows and grooves are manually trimmed to ensure smooth lines and neat appearance.

06Precision Polishing

Three-stage polishing (rough, medium, fine) removes scratches, oxide layers and grinding marks comprehensively. Complex structures such as carvings and tiny parts are fully polished to achieve a mirror finish for subsequent plating.

07Accessories Processing & Stone Setting

Ear pins, chains, buckles and other accessories are finely processed and shaped. Stones are firmly inlaid by claw setting, bezel setting and micro setting. Residual materials are cleaned to ensure flat, firm and skin-friendly inlay effect.

08Semi-finished Inspection

Full inspection is carried out to check for blank scratches, deformation, defects, loose inlays and misaligned accessories. Qualified semi-finished products are selected for the plating process, while defective products are uniformly reworked. It prevents flawed products from entering the plating stage and strictly controls production costs and finished product yield.

09Pre-plating Treatment

Multiple processes including degreasing, pickling, activation, ultrasonic cleaning and pure water rinsing completely remove oil, dust and oxide impurities, ensuring clean blanks and avoiding plating bubbles, color difference and peeling.

10Professional Rack Plating

We provide professional rack plating in mainstream colors such as 18K gold, rose gold, silver, antique gold and gunmetal. Precise control of current, temperature and time ensures uniform and firm plating. Passivation and anti-tarnish treatment improve wear resistance, hypoallergenic performance and color fastness.

11 Finished Assembly

Accurately assemble jewelry main bodies with chains, buckles, ear plugs and other accessories. Strictly check flexibility, fitting degree and symmetry to ensure firm structure, comfortable wearing and no loosening.

12Full Quality Inspection

Full-dimensional quality inspection is carried out in accordance with factory standards, covering appearance, color, craftsmanship, structural firmness and size consistency. Defective products are screened and reworked to ensure high-quality delivery.

13Packaging & Delivery

Products are individually and standardized packaged with tags and gift boxes as required. All goods are classified and packed carefully to avoid scratches, and sealed for final delivery.
